How do you choose when both options have dire consequences?

Sofia is a 17 year old who is quite content with her life. She has a caring boyfriend who also just happens to be her best friend since birth. She has a loving mother. She is successfully completing her last year of high school and enjoys her part time job. She can't imagine wanting more from life.......until Ar'ch (pronounced Ar-rick) enters her dreams, sparking a burning flame inside of her that she can't seem to extinguish nor does she want to. Ar'ch is a Diasodz (Die-ah-sodz), a species created by the Goddess bak when God created humans. Diasodz were made to heal and protect humans, but when the Diasodz turned their backs on helping humans and left Earth to live in their own world, the Goddess abandoned them. Since then, their powers and their very lives have been fading.

My Thoughts

** I recieved this book in exchange for an honest review.****

I found this book to have an interesting concept. It features the Diasodz which are beings from another world. They were created by the Goddess of their world. I found my self liking the book despite the love triangle.Which is common in so many YA books. The character Sofia isn't wishy washy or the whiney type. She is a hard worker from a single parent household. She has dreams of getting into a good school. She has a boyfriend she has been with for years. I found her very relatable as a teenager. As for the story line I love the part where one can enter dreams. Though this isn't the first author to have this bit I still find it interesting. I would love to have had more info on the other characters though. It would have made the others characters more alive. This does start off a bit slow but when you keep going you'll be up til 1 am on a school night! Ms. Calleiro has me ready to see what happens next in the chronicles of the Diasodz.
